Teradata (NYSE: TDC) announced the appointment of Josh Abbott to the role of Vice President (VP) for Australia and New Zealand. In his new role, Abbott is responsible for leading the company’s regional go-to-market strategy, increasing customer adoption and enhancing customer experience across the region.
A seasoned business executive and technology leader, Abbott brings a wealth of experience in leading sales organisations and in helping clients with their cloud and data modernisation journeys. His tenure with Teradata spans over 15 years, with Abbott leading sales and business development in the U.S. in communications, media and entertainment, oil and gas verticals.
Prior to his tenure at Teradata, Abbott was at AT&T, where he was a Senior Director focused on developing technology solutions. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas.
