Mike Gianoni

Mike Gianoni is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Blackbaud, Inc., a provider of software and services specifically designed for nonprofit organizations, a position he has held since joining the company in January 2014. Previously, from 2010 to 2013, Mr. Gianoni was the Executive Vice President and Group President, Financial Institutions at Fiserv, Inc. He joined Fiserv as President of its Investment Services division in 2007, where he was responsible for product, technology, sales, finance, operations, and strategy. From 2006 until its acquisition by Fiserv, Mr. Gianoni was Executive Vice President and General Manager of CheckFree Corporation. Prior to that time, he held a number of senior management positions at DST Systems Inc., an information processing and software services company. Mr. Gianoni serves as a director of Blackbaud. He joined our board in 2015 and was appointed its nonexecutive chairman in February 2020 after serving as independent lead director since January 2019.
